01 / The opportunity
A name in a list is only a starting point. People need to find someone relevant, understand what they offer and know how to get in touch.
We rebuilt a legacy directory around those decisions. Clearer browsing, useful business information and direct next steps now form a connected journey. Behind it sit tools to manage listings, collect customer reviews and understand what visitors do.
02 / From discovery to a conversation
Built around the decisions people actually make.
Explore business types, search a specific service or browse a town. Clearer category groups and searchable catalogues give people several useful ways in.

Compact results bring location, available contact actions and food hygiene information into view. Filters and an optional map help narrow the choice.

Photos and services give a business room to tell its story. Clear contact options turn that interest into a call, a website visit or an enquiry. Our own profile shows the journey in practice.

03 / For the business behind the listing
A listing can become a useful part of a business’s day. Owners can claim their profile, add details and photographs, collect honest customer reviews and see how people interact with their presence.
Verified owners can update opening hours immediately. Other profile changes follow a review process, balancing useful self-service with control over what gets published.
Explore GoodShoutClaim a listing and maintain services, opening hours and photos through an account.
Share a dedicated review link through WhatsApp or download a QR code for customers. Reviews are moderated before publication.
Performance reporting brings profile views, contact actions and menu clicks into view, alongside enquiry management.
04 / What the build makes possible
Food hygiene results and customer reviews are presented separately. The build brings useful evidence together without treating an inspection result as a review of the experience.
