The arrangement with Lee

We backed the business behind the personality.

We agreed a lower upfront development fee with Lee in return for a share of revenue. Part of our return is tied to how the business performs, giving us a direct commercial interest in what happens after launch.

For Foz, that means the website, ticket journey and audience tools sit within a partnership with a shared incentive to make them work.

Selective growth partnerships

Conviction, backed by due diligence.

For the right business, we can explore a similar approach. We look carefully at the commercial opportunity, the numbers, the team’s ability to deliver and where our work can make a measurable difference.

An agreement could involve a share of agreed revenue or a percentage of an agreed, measurable gain. The model depends on the business: we define the baseline, what counts, how it is measured and the terms before work begins.

We only proceed where that assessment gives both sides confidence in the opportunity and the responsibilities they are taking on.
