01 / The challenge
Professional training asks people to commit their time, money and ambition. Before booking, a prospective learner needs to understand whether a course is right for them, when they need to attend and what they are committing to.
PilatEASE offers different routes into Pilates teaching and further qualifications. We brought the new website and booking experience together around those decisions, rather than treating the course page and checkout as separate experiences.
The learner’s journey
Understand who the course is for, what it covers and where it can take you.
Choose a suitable cohort and see the training dates together, before committing.
Review the course, attendance and available payment options in one considered journey.
Move from choosing a course to booking a place, without having to start the decision again.
The booking journey, illustrated. Every step should answer a question.
02 / The experience
Once someone has chosen a course, the next step should build on that choice. We shaped the journey so learners can move into the relevant booking options, review their cohort and training dates, and continue towards checkout.
The details matter: seeing the dates together, understanding the available payment choices and reviewing the course before committing. Each is an opportunity to answer a question at the moment it matters.
We also removed a redundant confirmation step, so the journey does not ask people to confirm essentially the same purchase twice.
One considered journey
Help learners make a decision they understand.
What changed
03 / Behind the experience
A training course can span several sessions, with different cohorts and attendance requirements. The booking journey needs to carry those details through clearly, rather than reducing the choice to a single date.
The work brings those practical requirements into the customer experience. It gives PilatEASE a foundation to develop as courses and future intakes evolve, while keeping the learner’s decision at the centre.
The aim is straightforward: make booking easier to understand and give the team a clearer way to support the people taking that step.
